If vz modules are not loaded, but vzctl is installed, root gets TONS of
messages like this one:

Cron <root@danko> /etc/sysconfig/vz-scripts/vpsreboot
cat: /proc/vz/veinfo: No such file or directory

Scripts should be fixed to do nothing if there are no such files.
